摘　　要：介绍了大型捣固机采用煤饼高度检测机构的必要性及创新技术,其中,创新技术有捣固机超声波传感器的应用、 PLC (Programmable Logic Controller,可编程逻辑控制器)数据的采集及处理、摇动给料系统控制、煤饼高度智能控制系统等。This paper introduced the necessity and innovative technologies of using a coal cake height detection mechanism in large-scale tamping machines.Among them,innovative technologies include the application of ultrasonic sensors in tamping machines,PLC data acquisition and processing,shaking feeding system control,and intelligent control system for coal cake height.
