摘 要:在煤矿巷道掘进过程中揭露地质构造后,往往会出现顶板破碎、炸帮、底鼓等情况,当顶板破碎严重时,顶煤便留不住。通过注浆加固,可以有效控制顶板,并且使顶板处于稳定状态。以山西省南阳坡煤矿为研究背景,采用注加固材料等方法研究了治理破碎顶板的技术。研究表明,注加固材料并加强支护后效果良好,所选用的方法可以有效增强顶板的稳定性,进而加快掘进速度,保证工作面的有序衔接。研究可以为顶板管理提供宝贵的经验,为行业内顶板破碎治理提供理论依据。During the excavation process of coal mine roadways,geological structures are often exposed,leading to situations such as roof fragmentation,wall caving,and floor bulging.When the roof is severely fractured,the top coal cannot be retained.By grouting reinforcement,the roof can be effectively controlled and stabilized.Taking Nanyangpo Coal Mine in Shanxi Province as the research background,the technology of treating fractured roof was studied using methods such as injection reinforcement materials.The research has shown that the effect of injecting reinforcement materials and strengthening support is good,and the selected method can effectively enhance the stability of the roof,thereby accelerating the excavation speed and ensuring the orderly connection of the working face.The research can provide valuable experience for roof management and theoretical basis for the treatment of roof fragmentation in the industry.
