摘 要:高校思想政治理论课教师作为课堂的主导者,其职业认同感直接影响思想政治理论课的实效,而民办高校思想政治理论课教师这一群体的特殊性导致相关职业认同问题更加复杂。本文拟梳理总结当前民办高校思政课教师在职业认同方面的诸多现象,指出其所反映的主客观方面的问题,分析其成因,最终从社会、学校、教师三个层面探寻提升民办高校思政课教师职业认同感的途径,对加快高校思政课的建设和促进思想政治理论课教师的职业发展具有理论和现实意义。As the leader of the classroom,the professional identity of ideological and political theory course teachers in universities directly affects the effectiveness of ideological and political theory courses,while the particularity of the group of ideological and political theory course teachers in private universities makes the related professional identity issues more complex.This paper aims to summarize the many phenomena of professional identity among ideological and political course teachers in private universities.It points out the subjective and objective problems they reflect,analyzes their causes,and ultimately explores ways to enhance the professional identity of ideological and political course teachers in private universities from three levels:society,schools,and teachers,which is of theoretical and practical significance for accelerating the construction of ideological and political course quotas in universities and promoting the professional development of ideological and political theory course teachers.
