摘　　要：随着技术的迅速发展,教育档案管理的信息化已成为提升工作效率和服务质量的关键。但教育档案信息化建设在系统兼容性、成本维护、用户培训和数据管理等方面面临着诸多挑战。为应对这些问题,需要采取一系列策略,包括加强系统集成、平衡成本与投资、实施定制化培训及建立全面的数据策略,以提高教育档案管理的效率和安全性。With the rapid development of technology,the informatization of educational archive management has become the key to improving work efficiency and service quality.However,the informatization construction of educational archives faces many challenges in system compatibility,cost maintenance,user training,and data management.To address these issues,a series of strategies need to be adopted,including strengthening system integration,balancing costs and investments,implementing customized training,and establishing comprehensive data strategies to improve the efficiency and security of educational archive management.
