雷火灸联合温肺化饮汤治疗变应性鼻炎(肺虚感寒证)的临床观察

摘　　要：目的比较雷火灸联合口服温肺化饮汤治疗变应性鼻炎(肺虚感寒证)与单纯口服温肺化饮汤加减治疗肺虚感寒型变应性鼻炎的疗效。方法150例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各75例,治疗组给予自拟温肺化饮汤加用雷火灸熏双侧迎香穴、双侧足三里穴。对照组仅给予温肺化饮汤加减。两组均以5 d为1个疗程,治疗4个疗程。对比两组治疗前后及半年随访时的鼻部症状、体征评分以及变应性鼻炎患者生存质量调查问卷评分,比较治疗组与对照组总有效率比较。结果治疗组总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的77.33%(P<0.05)。两组治疗前鼻部症状评分、生活质量评分比较,差别均不大(均P>0.05)。两组治疗后鼻部症状评分、生活质量评分与治疗前比较,均显著改善(均P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后及随访时的鼻部症状评分、生活质量评分改善均优于对照组(均P<0.05)。两组治疗前鼻部体征评分分布比较,差别不大(P>0.05)。两组治疗后鼻部体征评分分布情况与治疗前比较,均显著改善(均P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后及随访时鼻部体征评分分布改善均优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论雷火灸联合口服温肺化饮汤治疗肺虚感寒型变应性鼻炎疗效优于单纯口服温肺化饮汤加减,有显著增强作用。Objective:To compare the effectiveness of thunder fire moxibustion combined with Wenfei Huayin Decoction and Wenfei Huayin Decoction for allergic rhinitis(AR)of lung deficiency and cold type.Methods:A total of 150 cases of AR with lung deficiency and cold type visiting the out-patient department were selected,and were randomly divided to the treatment and control groups,75 patients in each group.The treatment group received a self-designed Wenfei Huayin Decoction(one dose per day),orally decocted with water,100 mL per dose,three times a day.At the same time,both Yingxiang and Zusanli acupoints were smoked with thunder fire moxibustion once a day,each acupoint for 5 minutes,for a total of 20 minutes.5 days was one course of treatment,and four courses of treatment were taken continuously.The control group received Wenfei Huayin Decoction,and the method of administration and course of treatment were the same as the treatment group.The nasal symptoms,signs,quality of life questionnaire scores,and total effective rate between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:Compared with the control group,the treatment group showed a significant decrease in nasal symptoms,signs,and quality of life questionnaire scores after treatment(P<0.05).In addition,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effectiveness of thunder fire moxibustion combined with Wenfei Huayin Decoction on AR of lung deficiency and cold type is better than Wenfei Huayin Decoction.Thunder fire moxibustion has a significant enhancing effect on the treatment of AR of lung deficiency and cold type.
