肛周浅表器官联合直肠腔内彩超检查在肛周脓肿诊疗中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:分析肛周浅表器官联合直肠腔内彩超检查在肛周脓肿诊疗过程中的临床应用效果,为临床诊疗提供可靠的影像学依据。方法:选取2021年7月—2022年6月成都市第六人民医院收治的112例患者作为研究对象,按照信封法随机分为试验组与对照组,每组各56例。试验组患者采取肛周高频浅表器官与直肠腔内超声检查,对照组患者采取肛周常规彩超检查。以手术探查与病理结果为标准,对比两组患者在肛周脓肿的阳性检出结果、诊断正确率、内口检查、与肛门直肠周围肌肉关系、感染范围等检查指标的符合情况。结果:两组患者肛周脓肿阳性检出结果和诊断正确率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组患者内口检查、与肛门直肠周围肌肉关系、病灶感染范围等检查指标的符合情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。无任何不良反应事件发生。结论:肛周浅表器官联合直肠腔内的彩超检查方法有助于肛周脓肿的诊断以及定位,能为临床诊疗提供更为可靠的客观依据。Objective:To analyze the clinical application effect of perianal superficial organs combined with rectal cavity color ultrasonography in the diagnosis and treatment of perianal abscess,and to provide a reliable imaging basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:112 patients attending the hospital from July 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the envelope method,with 56 cases in each group.Patients in the test group received perianal high-frequency superficial organ and rectal luminal ultrasonography.Patients in the control group received perianal conventional color ultrasonography.Surgical exploration and pathologic results were used as criteria to compare the two groups of patients in terms of positive detection results of perianal abscesses,correct diagnosis rate,examination of internal orifices,relationship to the perirectal muscles of the anus and rectum,and the extent of infection,and other indicators of the examination were in accordance with the criteria.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in the comparison of positive detection results and correct diagnosis of perianal abscesses between the two groups(P>0.05).The compliance of the test group patients with the inspection indexes such as internal port inspection,relationship with the perirectal muscles of the anorectum,and the scope of infection of the lesion was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No adverse reaction events occurred.Conclusion:Color ultrasonography of the perianal superficial organs combined with the rectal cavity can help in the diagnosis and localization of perianal abscesses,and can provide a more reliable and objective basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
