早期应用经鼻高流量氧疗治疗氯气中毒致急性呼吸窘迫综合征一例

摘　　要：一例确诊为氯气中毒的中年患者,随病情进展出现急性呼吸窘迫综合征,应用经鼻高流量氧疗取得较好的治疗效果。本例提示临床医师可以对氯气中毒引起急性肺损伤的患者采取无创的呼吸支持疗法,改善呼吸衰竭的同时提高患者的舒适度。A middle-aged patient who was diagnosed with chlorine poisoning developed acute respiratory dis-tress syndrome as the progress of disease.High-flow nasal cannula oxygen therapy was applied and good therapeutic ef-fects had reached.This case suggests that clinicians can take non-invasive respiratory support therapy for patients with acute lung injury caused by chlorine poisoning to improve respiratory failure and improve patients'comfort.
