摘  要:高原环境具有低压低氧、寒冷、干燥、昼夜温差大等特点,机体暴露于高原特定的环境下可影响其运动能力,并激活下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺皮质轴、下丘脑-垂体-甲状腺轴及下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴的活性,从而引起应激激素的变化,这些应激激素水平的变化在高原适应中发挥着重要的作用,但关于高原对机体内分泌影响的研究国外居多,国内研究较少。本文就高原暴露下对成人运动能力及应激激素水平的影响进行综述,以期为这一领域的研究者提供新思路。High-altitude regions are characterized by unique environmental factors,including hypobaric hypox-ia,cold,dry conditions,and significant diurnal temperature fluctuations.These conditions can affect the the body’s exer-cise ability,activate the activities of hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal axis,hypothalamus-pituitary-thyroid axis,and hypo-thalamus-pituitary-gonad axis,thus causing changes in stress hormones.These changes in stress hormone levels play an important role in high-altitude adaptation.Research on the effects of high altitude on the body's endocrine system is re-ported mostly abroad,but rarely in China.This article reviews the effects of high altitude on exercise ability and stress hormone level in adults,in order to provide new ideas for researchers in this filed.
