采用超声引导下颈神经根阻滞治疗慢性颈源性疼痛的效果评估

摘　　要：目的研究分析慢性颈源性疼痛采用超声引导下颈神经根阻滞方式治疗的临床功效。方法选取2023年9月至2024年3月于东营市东营区中心医院就诊患有慢性颈源性疼痛患者50例,应用随机数字表法分为常规组、观察组,各25例。常规组采用盲穿下颈部侧入路颈神经根阻滞,观察组采用超声引导下颈神经根阻滞,比较两组颈椎功能与疼痛相关指标、疼痛程度汇总数据,分析治疗效果。结果两组不同颈神经根阻滞实施后,观察组颈椎功能障碍指数、颈椎活动度与疼痛发作次数、疼痛持续时间均较常规组更为良好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者疼痛程度比较,观察组治疗后无、轻、中、重度疼痛等级患者较治疗前有显著改善(P<0.05),且治疗后观察组较常规组患者疼痛等级更为良好,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=21.4188,P<0.05)。结论慢性颈源性疼痛患者就诊,应用超声引导下颈神经根阻滞方式予以患者治疗,能够有效改善患者疼痛情况及颈椎功能,有良好治疗效果。Objective To study and analyze the clinical efficacy of ultrasound-guided cervical nerve root block in the treatment of chronic cervicogenic pain.Methods A total of 50 patients with chronic cervical pain were selected from Dongying District Central Hospital of Dongying City from September 2023 to March 2024,random number method to patient group allocation,conventional group,25 patients,conventional group for chronic cervical pain side with blind wear cervical nerve root block,observation group treatment with ultrasound guided cervical nerve root block,two groups of cervical spine function and pain related indicators,pain degree summary data,analyze the treatment effect.Results Summary index data of cervical spine function and pain-related indicators,after the implementation of different cervical nerve root blocks in the two groups,pain-related indicators such as the index of cervical spine dysfunction,cervical spine function,cervical mobility,number of pain episodes,and duration of pain were all better than those of the conventional group,compared to the visible difference(P<0.05).Patient comparison of pain level,after treatment with different methods between the groups,in the observation group,patients with no,mild,moderate and severe pain grades after treatment were,respectively,significant improvement from before treatment(P<0.05),moreover,after treatment,the pain grade of the observation group was better than that of the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=21.4188,P<0.05).Conclusions Patients with chronic cervical pain treated with ultrasound-guided cervical nerve root block can effectively improve the pain and cervical spine function,with good treatment effect.
