摘　　要：目的探究简易鼻腔冲洗结合亲子互动式健康教育对小儿慢性鼻窦炎的依从性、舒适感的影响。方法以2022年3月至2022年11月于我院治疗的94慢性鼻窦炎患儿作为研究对象,利用随机数表法将其分为对照组(n=47)和观察组(n=47)。对照组采用简易鼻腔冲洗联合常规健康教育对患儿进行干预,观察组在对照组的基础上结合亲子互动式健康教育进行干预。比较干预前、干预2周后两组患儿的治疗依从性、舒适状况、家属负担感受差异。结果干预后,观察组依从性(Frankl、Houpt评分)明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的SCAS、CDRS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组家属负担感受评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论简易鼻腔冲洗结合亲子互动式健康教育可提升慢性鼻窦炎患儿的治疗依从性及舒适状况,增加患儿家属的护理支持度并改善患儿家属的负担感受。Objective To explore the effect of simple nasal irrigation combined with parent-child interactive health education on compliance and comfort of children with chronic Sinusitis.Methods Ninety-four children with chronic Sinusitis who were treated in our hospital from March 2022 to November 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into the control group(n=47)and the observation group(n=47).The control group was intervened with simple nasal irrigation combined with routine health education.The observation group was combined with parent-child interactive health education intervention on the basis of the control group.Compare the differences in treatment compliance,comfort status,and family burden perception between the two groups of children before and 2 weeks after intervention.Results After intervention,the compliance of the observation group(Frankl and Houpt scores)was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the SCAS and CDRS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the burden perception score of the observation group's family members was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Simple nasal irrigation combined with parent-child interactive health education can help improve the treatment compliance and comfort of children with chronic Sinusitis,increase the nursing support of children's families and improve their burden feelings.
