延续护理对老年糖尿病患者生活质量改善情况分析

摘　　要：目的探讨延续护理对老年糖尿病患者生活质量改善情况。方法于2022年6月至2023年10月,共计收录68例老年糖尿病患者。通过随机数字表法分为对照组(34例)、观察组(34例)。对照组常规干预,观察组延续护理干预,分组探究干预的效果。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者的血糖水平控制效果更佳,生活质量有明显改善;血糖达标率更高;患者满意度更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对老年糖尿病患者,开展延续护理,血糖控制效果显著,对于改善患者的生活质量具有积极作用。Objective To explore the improvement of life quality of elderly diabetes patients by continuous nursing.Methods From June 2022 to October 2023,68 elderly patients with diabetes were included.They were divided into a control group(34 cases)and an observation group(34 cases)by random number table method.The control group received routine intervention,the observation group received continued care,and the intervention effects were explored in groups.Results The implementation of continuous nursing observation group resulted in better blood glucose control and significant improvement in quality of life,with a comparison of(P<0.05).The observation group had a higher blood glucose compliance rate,with a comparison of(P<0.05).The observation group had higher patient satisfaction,and the comparison of results was(P<0.05).Conclusions Continuous nursing for elderly patients with diabetes has significant effect on blood sugar control,which has a positive effect on improving the quality of life of patients.
