整体舒适护理干预在妇产科患者护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨妇产科患者护理中应用整体舒适护理干预的效果。方法本次研究对象共计50例,均于2022年5月至2023年5月在本院妇产科住院者,进行奇偶数列法分组,在临床护理中将常规组给予常规护理方法,而试验组则实施整体舒适护理干预,对比两组分娩结局、心理状态评分[抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)]、护理满意程度。结果试验组剖宫产率为8.00%、产后出血率为0,低于常规组的32.00%和16.00%,试验组自然分娩率为92.00%、母乳喂养率为96.00%,高于常规组的68.00%和72.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者护理后的SDS评分和SAS评分低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者的护理总满意度为96.00%,高于常规组的76.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予妇产科患者整体舒适护理干预有助于改善分娩结局、稳定患者消极情绪,提高患者护理满意度。Objective To explore the effect of holistic comfort nursing intervention in the nursing of obstetrics and gynecology patients.Methods A total of 50 cases were enrolled in this study,all of whom were hospitalized in the obstetrics and gynecology department of our hospital from May 2022 to May 2023.They were divided by odd-even list method.In clinical nursing,the routine method was given to the conventional group,the experimental group implemented the whole comfort nursing intervention,Compare the two groups delivery outcome,psychological state score[Self Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)],nursing satisfaction level.Results The cesarean section rate and postpartum hemorrhage rate of the experimental group were 8.00%and 0,which were lower than those of the conventional group 32.00%and 16.00%;the natural delivery rate and breastfeeding rate of the experimental group were 92.00%and 96.00%,which were higher than those of the conventional group 68.00%and 72.00%,and the statistical significance was established(P<0.05).The SDS scores and SAS scores of experimental group after nursing were lower than those of conventional group,and the statistical significance was established(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 96.00%,which was higher than that of the conventional group 76.00%,and the statistical significance was established(P<0.05).Conclusions The overall comfort nursing intervention of obstetrics and gynecology patients is helpful to improve the outcome of childbirth,stabilize the negative emotions of patients,and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.
