摘  要:设计师通过调研了解用户的产品需求,进而确定目前人群的设计偏好和产品的功能设置。通过这项活动,了解产品与用户之间的关系,这一过程是用户有意识地将产品使用中的需求转化为设计触点的过程。但在许多设计活动中除了用户的显性需求,还有许多无法被感知的隐性需求。设计师需要通过大量的观察和收集用户生活中的无意识行为,挖掘用户的隐性需求,这种无意识是用户察觉不到且无法控制的一种心理活动或者行为活动。本文通过了解深泽直人的无意识设计理论,从设计心理学的角度分析挂壁式CD播放机的设计策略和用户体验,结合心理学知识分析无意识特征在产品设计中的应用。为用户带来更加舒适和愉悦的产品体验。Designers use research to understand users'product needs,and then determine the design preferences of the current population and the functional settings of the product.Through this activity,the relationship between the product and the user is understood,and this process is a process in which the user consciously transforms the needs in the use of the product into design touch points.However,in many design activities in addition to the user's explicit needs,there are many hidden needs that cannot be perceived by the user.Designers need to explore users'implicit needs through a lot of observation and collection of users'unconscious behaviors in life,which is a kind of psychological or behavioral activity that users cannot perceive and control.This paper analyzes the design strategy and user experience of the wall-mounted CD player from the perspective of design psychology by understanding Naoto Fukasawa's theory of unconscious design,and analyzes the application of unconscious characteristics in product design by combining the knowledge of psychology.To bring users a more comfortable and pleasant product experience.
