摘 要:本文探讨了宠物狗护理行业面临的挑战和现有服务模式的局限性,并提出了服务设计思维的应用策略以优化该行业。通过介绍国内宠物狗护理行业的概况,包括行业现状、从业者和消费者的情况。分析现有的宠物狗护理模式,包括到店护理、居家护理和室外护理,并探讨其存在的问题。在此基础上,提出了一系列优化策略,包括个性化服务定制、创新技术应用、跨界合作与共享经济、用户参与和反馈机制等。这些策略旨在提升宠物狗护理服务的质量和用户体验,推动行业朝着智能、便捷和用户友好的方向发展。This paper explores the challenges facing the pet dog care industry and the limitations of current service models,proposing strategies based on service design thinking to optimize the industry.By introducing the overview of the domestic pet dog care industry,including the current situation,practitioners,and consumers,the paper analyzes existing pet dog care models,such as in-store care,home care,and outdoor care,and discusses their shortcomings.Based on this analysis,a series of optimization strategies are proposed,including personalized service customization,innovative technology application,cross-industry collaboration and shared economy,as well as user participation and feedback mechanisms.These strategies aim to improve the quality of pet dog care services and enhance user experience,driving the industry towards a direction characterized by intelligence,convenience,and user-friendliness.
