摘 要:高质量的公路投资是实现产业结构升级的必要条件。利用2003—2020年我国省级面板数据,系统研究了公路资本存量对我国省域产业结构发展变化的影响机制。经过实证分析发现,公路投资对本地区产业结构的高级化和合理化影响有所不同,前者为倒“U”型特征,后者为正“U”型特征;公路投资对周边地区产业结构的高级化和合理化影响却均表现为正“U”型特征。异质性分析表明,东部地区和西部地区的公路投资会更多地推动本省域及周边省域的产业结构合理化;中部地区的公路投资对本省域的产业结构高级化和合理化均有推动作用,对周边省域的产业结构合理化也具有显著的推动作用。因此,制定公路投资规划和相关政策时,既要结合宏观目标统筹考虑,也要重视公路投资在不同省域的差异性,研究制定符合地方发展需要的公路投资战略。High-quality highway investment is a necessary condition to realize the upgrading of industrial structure.Based on the provincial panel data from 2003 to 2020,this paper systematically studies the influence mechanism of highway capital stock on the development and change of provincial industrial structure.Through the empirical analysis,it is found that the impact of highway investment on the upgrading and rationalization of the re-gional industrial structure is different,the former is the inverted“U”type feature,the latter is the positive“U”type feature;The influence of highway investment on the upgrading and rationalization of the industrial structure in the surrounding areas is a positive“U”shape.The heterogeneity analysis shows that the highway investment in eastern and western regions will promote the rationalization of industrial structure in this province and surrounding province.The highway investment in the central region can promote the upgrading and rationalization of the indus-trial structure of the province,and also has a significant promoting effect on the rationalization of the industrial structure of the surrounding provinces.Therefore,when formulating highway investment planning and related poli-cies,we should not only consider the macro objectives,but also pay attention to the differences of highway invest-ment in different provinces,and study and formulate highway investment strategies that meet the needs of local de-velopment.
