摘　　要：占地约11,600m^(2)的金威啤酒厂工业遗存是深圳城市发展的重要印迹,都市实践利用基地高差形成基座,统合零散分布的工业遗存,内部结合现状开挖出一系列下沉庭院与通道,评估每一座建筑的外观、结构、承重能力并开展个性化改造,进行节点性空间介人,创造灵活可变的活动场地。The industrial remains of the Kingway Brewery,which covers an area of approximately 11,600 m^(2),constitute a significant imprint of the urban development of Shenzhen.Urbanus leverages the elevation differences on the site to form a foundation,consolidating the scattered industrial remains.Internally,a series of sunken courtyards and passages are excavated,and each building's appearance,structure,and load-bearing capacity are individually assessed for personalised transformations.
