摘　　要：陶公寓创新社区综合体位于景德镇陶溪川文化创意街区,是老厂区更新复兴的典型案例。设计在64,000m2的建筑中,将5个功能板块整合成一个协同体系,可容纳350套紧凑型智能公寓及公共开放空间,为学生、景漂、青年艺术家提供了安全舒适、低成本的生活、工作场所。同时复合了商业、共享办公、直播基地、运动健身等功能。陶公寓是陶溪川创意社区与城市重要的过渡,织补了城市空间,将社区生活与城市融合起来。Taoxichuan Ceramic Craft Hub Complex is located in Jingdezhen's Taoxichuan Cultural Creative District and stands as a typical example of revitalised old factory areas.In the 64,000 m^(2) of buildings,the design integrates five functional blocks into a cohesive system.It contains 350 compactapartment roomsandpublic open space,providing safe,comfortable,and low-cost living and working spaces for students,"foating artists"(Jingpiao)and young artists.It combines the functions of commercial,co-working space,livestreaming base,sports facilities,etc.The project is located between Taoxichuan and the city,bonding the urban spaces as well.
