摘  要:根据二苯碳酰二肼(C_(13)H_(14)N_(4)O)分光光度法,研究测定六价铬的干扰因素,并提出相应的消除干扰的方法,为水环境监测提供更准确可靠的数据。研究表明加酸量与吸光度具有较好的相关性,吸光度随着加酸量的增加而变小。对无其他干扰因素情况下显色时间对结果影响不大。汞盐的存在使得测定结果偏高。二价铁浓度越大测定的结果越小甚至不显色。The influence factors of hexavalent chromium were studied based on the diphenylcarbazide spectrophotometry,and also the corresponding methods for eliminating interferences were proposed,intending to provide more accurate and reli‐able figures for water environment monitoring.The results showed that it had a large linear relationship between acid dosage and absorbency,the absorbency decreased with the increase of acid dosage.Chromogenic time had little effect on the absor‐bency in the absence of other interferences.The measured hexavalent chromium was higher in the presence of mercury salt.The results decreased or even no color with the increase of the concentration of ferrous iron.
