摘 要:本文以麦草化学机械浆作为研究对象,通过Bauer-McNett纤维筛分仪,分析不同级分的麦草化机浆纤维形态、滤水性能和成纸性能的变化。对比分析麦草化机纤维细胞高的筛选级分R28和能通过200目杂细组分的主要化学组成和滤水性能等差异。结果表明:随着筛网目数的增加,杂细组分的数均长度(LN)、重均长度(LW)和宽度均逐渐变小,表面Zeta几乎没有变化,滤水性能越来越差。麦草化机浆中含有一定量的杂细组分,具有一定的增强作用,如R100筛选级分能使成纸紧度、耐破指数和抗张指数分别提高到0.9256g/cm^(3)、1.3989kPa·m^(2)/g和32.4053N·m/g;撕裂指数随着纤维尺寸的减小而减小。与麦草化机浆纤维细胞相比,麦草浆杂细组分纤维素含量低,半纤维素和木素含量高;保水值高,游离度低,滤水性能差;灰分含量明显高于未筛分的麦草化机浆三倍多。通过傅立叶红外光谱(FTIR)确定了杂细组分表面含有与麦草机械浆纤维细胞表面相同的R-OH结构,为后续针对麦草机械浆杂细组分表面性能的改性提供了理论依据。This article takes wheat straw chemical mechanical pulp as the research object,and analyzes the changes in fiber morpholo-gy,water drainage performance,and paper forming performance of wheat straw chemical mechanical pulp of dfferent grades through Bauer McNett fiber screening instrument.Comparative analysis was conducted on the main chemical composition and water filtration performance of the high screening fraction R28 of wheat straw chemical machinery fiber cells and the impurities and fine components that can pass through 200 meshes.The results show that with the increase of the mesh size of the screen,the number average length(LN),weight average length(LW),and width of the impurities gradually decrease,and the surface Zeta has almost no change,re-sulting in poorer water filtration performance.Wheat straw chemimechanical pulp contains a certain amount of the impurities and fine components,which have a certain strengthening effect.For example,R100 screening fraction can improve the paper compactness,bursting index,and tensile index to 0.9256 g/cm^(3),1.3989 kPa·m^(3)/g,and 32.4053 N·m/g,respectively;The tear index decreases as the fiber size decreases.Compared with the fiber cells of wheat straw chemimechanical pulp,the fiber content of wheat straw pulp is lower,and the hemicellulose and lignin content are higher;High water retention,low degree of dissociation,and poor water filtration performance;The ash content is significantly higher than that of unscreened wheat straw CMP by more than three times.Fourier trans-form infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)confirmed that the surface of the heterogenous components contained the same R-OH structure as the surface of the wheat straw mechanical pulp fiber cells,providing a theoretical basis for the subsequent modification of the surface properties of the wheat straw mechanical pulp heterogenous components.
