摘  要:我国纸和纸板的生产量与消费量很大,进口废纸浆曾是造纸原料的重要来源,随着进口国外废纸限制政策的实行,国内造纸原料短缺问题突出。干法再生纤维是企业解决纤维原料的重要方法之一,干法再生纤维的造纸性能与传统的湿法制浆得到的废纸浆差别有多大,是造纸工作者关心的问题。本研究对国产箱板纸、12#美废和新闻纸三种原料加工得到的干法再生纤维的纤维性质、打浆性能和成纸强度性能等各方面进行了分析研究,结果表明,干法再生纤维的纤维质地好,纤维平均长度较高,打浆性能好,成纸强度较好。说明干法再生纤维处理工艺对纤维的损伤较小,杂质去除率高,是值得重要开发利用的纤维资源之一。China's paper and paperboard industry is imported waste paper pulp.However,there is a noticeable shortage of domestic raw materials for papermaking.To address this,many companies are turning to dry regenerated fiber as a solution.Compared to traditional wet fiber,the papermaking performance of dry regenerated fiber is different,and its quality can vary based on the type of waste paper pulp used.In this study,we analyzed the fiber properties,beating properties,and paper strength properties of dry regenerated fiber u-sing three different types of raw materials,including domestic boxboard paper,12#waste,and newsprint.The results showed that the dry regenerated fiber had excellent fiber texture,with high average length and good beating performance,leading to strong paper strength.This suggests that the dry regenerated fiber treatment process is less damaging to the fiber and has a high impurity removal rate,making it a promising avenue for further development as a valuable fiber resource for the paper industry.
