摘 要:摩托车车轮的自身质量会影响操控性能和成本。为了合理设计车轮结构及尺寸,文中采用拓扑优化的方式,合理地选择优化目标、设计约束及相关的制造约束,在保证车轮具有较大刚度和强度的同时,获得材料的最佳分布,从而保证结构有合理的载荷传递路径。基于拓扑优化结果,对车轮的相关尺寸进行参数化,建立参数化模型,最后在参数化优化软件中搭建车轮的优化流程,实现车轮的自动优化。结果表明:参数化优化后的车轮质量减小了13.3%,采用拓扑优化和参数化优化技术能有效提高车轮减重的效率和准确性。The weight of motorcycle wheels will affect both the handling performance and the cost.In order to design the wheel's structure and size reasonably,in this article,efforts are made to select the optimization objectives,design constraints and those manufacturing constraints by means of topology optimization,so as to identify the best distribution of materials,while ensu-ring that the wheel has good stiffness and strength on one hand and there is a load-transfer path suitable for the structure on the other hand.Based on the results of topology optimization,the related dimensions of the wheel are parameterized and the paramet-ric model is set up.Finally,the optimization process of the wheel is built in the parametric optimization software for automatic op-timization.It is shown that the wheel's weight after parametric optimization reduces by 13.3%.Both the efficiency and the accu-racy in the wheel's weight reduction have greatly improved with the help of such technologies as topology optimization and para-metric optimization.
