省级重点工作用图影像地图数据库体系建设研究

摘　　要：以“按需服务、快速出图”为导向,对多源数据进行分析、整合形成了一套基础地图数据库。再通过对数据库内容进行尺度分级,形成多尺度重点工作用图影像地图数据库。围绕制图规则、区域地理要素特征等,编写了地图数据库标准技术规程,制作了地图符号库与标准配图模板,构成了省级重点工作用图影像地图数据库体系。基于该数据库体系的建设,优化了传统制图工艺,形成了一套快速制图方案,可用于宏观决策、自然资源监测、专题分析、空间治理等。Guided by“on-demand service,rapid mapping”,we analyzed and integrated the multi-source data,and formed a set of basic map database.Then,through the scale classification of database,we formed a multi-scale key work image map database.Focusing on mapping rules,regional geographical element characteristics,we compiled a standard technical procedure for map database,produced a map symbol library and standard mapping template,and formed a provincial key work image map database system.Based on the construction of this database system,we optimized the traditional mapping process,and formed a set of rapid mapping schemes,which could be used for macro-decision,natural resources monitoring,thematic analysis,space governance and other emergency needs.
