摘  要:目的 设计在日间化疗资源紧缺的情况下能够充分利用资源的信息化预约系统。方法 通过构建化疗耗时规则库,引入贪心算法解决卫生资源预约中非均衡时间片预约的问题。结果 通过日间化疗资源预约系统,能够自动分配下一个工作日的化疗排程,提高预约效率和准确性。结论 基于贪心算法和规则库的日间化疗资源预约系统能够帮助医院充分利用有限资源,使更多肿瘤患者得到及时服务,进一步提升患者就医感受。Objective To design an information-based appointment system capable of fully utilizing resources in situations where daytime chemotherapy resources are scarce.MethodsBy constructing a chemotherapy duration rule database and introducing the greedy algorithm,the issue of non-uniform time slot appointments in healthcare resource scheduling is addressed.Results Through the daytime chemotherapy resource reservation system,the chemotherapy schedule of the next working day could be automatically allocated,and the efficiency and accuracy of the reservation could be improved.Conclusion The daytime chemotherapy resource appointment system,based on the greedy algorithm and rule database,can assist hospitals in fully utilizing limited resources.This enables more cancer patients to receive timely services and further enhances patient healthcare experiences.
