摘 要:为了提升露天煤矿采煤的安全性与资源回收的高效性,确保工艺系统高效平稳运行,针对目前露天煤矿工艺系统多、设备多且系统运行相互交叉等问题;提出了“坚持政策导向与企业需求”、“坚持立足现状与突破瓶颈”和“坚持典型示范与分阶段实施”的3大智能矿山建设原则;建立了智能矿山建设的总体架构,分析了多工艺系统智能一体化建设的方法论;以新疆疆纳矿业有限公司兴盛露天煤矿智能矿山建设实践为例,介绍了煤矿在信息基础设施、矿山设计、智能穿爆、工艺系统与装备、智能辅助、管理与决策和智能化园区7个方面进行的智能化系统开发与改造实践。In order to improve the safety of open-pit coal mining and the efficiency of resource recovery,and ensure the efficient and stable operation of the process system,aiming at the current problems of multiple open-pit coal mining process systems,multiple equipment,and intersecting system operations,the article presents three principles of intelligent mine construction:"adhering to policy orientation and enterprise needs","adhering to the current situation and breaking through bottlenecks",and"adhering to typical demonstration and phased implementation".The article establishes the overall architecture of intelligent mine construction,and analyzes the methodology of intelligent integration construction of multiple process systems.Taking the practice of intelligent mine construction in Xingsheng Open-pit Coal Mine of Xinjiang Jiangna Mining Company as an example,the article introduces the development and transformation of intelligent systems in seven aspects of information infrastructure,mine design,intelligent blasting,process systems and equipment,intelligent assistance,management and decision-making,and intelligent parks in this coal mine.
