摘　　要：介绍工业上楼的背景,阐述工业上楼关注的内容,结合定制厂房工业上楼、标准厂房工业上楼及通用类研发用地工业上楼等工业上楼的典型案例,探索如何科学有效地满足客户需求,提供转型升级空间,打造新型生态产业园。This paper introduces the background ofindustrial upstairs,expounds the contents ofindustrial upstairs,combines the typical cases ofindustrial upstairs of customized factory,standard factory and general research and development land,and explores how to scientifically and effectively meet customer needs,provide transformation and upgrading space,and create a new ecological industrial park.
