摘　　要：结合实际工程,对基于BIM技术的信息化监理方法进行研究。介绍该工程监理的主要内容,从人员组成、职责分工、监理机构3方面详细阐述BIM技术下工程监理组织结构的设计工作,并从质量管理、进度控制、成本管控及安全管理4方面总结基于BIM技术的信息化监理工作方法。Combined with the actual project,the information supervision method based on BIM technology is studied.This paper introduces the main contents of the project supervision,elaborates the design work of the engineering supervision organization structure under BIM technology from three aspects:personnel composition,division of responsibilities and supervision organization,and summarizes the BIM technology-based information supervision working method from four aspects:quality management,schedule control,cost control and safety management.
