摘  要:以硫铝酸盐水泥作为套筒灌浆料的胶凝材料,在水胶比一定的情况下,研究掺入5%、10%、15%和20%的粉煤灰及养护温度为-5℃时该灌浆料的流动度和抗压强度。试验结果表明:粉煤灰掺量分别为5%、20%时,30 min后流动度分别为274 mm、293 mm;当粉煤灰掺量分别为5%、20%时,养护时间均为28 d时,灌浆料的抗压强度分别为80 MPa和98 MPa。由试验结果可知,随着粉煤灰掺入量的增加,灌浆料的流动性能逐渐增大,当掺量为20%时,套筒灌浆料的流动度性能最好;灌浆料的抗压强度随时间的推移呈上升趋势,粉煤灰的掺量为20%时,灌浆料的抗压强度最佳。With sulphoaluminate cement as the eementing material of sleeve grouting,the fluidity and compressive strength of the grouting were studied when 5%,10%,15%and 20%fly ash were added and the curing temperature was-5 C under the condition of a certain water-binder ratio.The test results show that when the fly ash(FA)content is 5%and 20%,the fluidity after 30 min is 274 mm and 293 mm,respectively.When the FA content is 5%and 20%,and the curing time is 28 d,the compressive strength of the grout is 80 MPa and 98 MPa,respectively.The test results show that the flow performance of grouting material increases with the increase of FA content,and the flow performance of sleeve grouting material is the best when the content is 20%.The compressive strength of grout increases with the passage of time,and the compressive strength of grout is the best when the content ofFA is 20%.
