摘 要:针对现阶段房建工程中墙体砌筑施工与加固工程的相关问题,分析了墙体砌筑施工的基本步骤和技术要点,提出了嵌入钢筋加固墙体的方法和要点。以某希望小学工程为对象,对墙体的砌筑施工和加固工程进行质量检测控制。结果显示,墙体的物理特性均符合建筑要求,墙体温度均衡,约为16~24℃,相对湿度为4%~13%,全部合格。加固后的墙体相比于未加固墙体刚性程度极大提高,累计耗能提高约2倍。In view of the problems related to wall masonry construction and reinforcement engineering in the current housing construction project.This paper analyzes the basic steps and technical points of wall masonry construction,The methods and key points of reinforcing wall with embedded steel bar are put forward.Taking a Hope primary school project as the object,the quality inspection and control of wall masonry construction andreinforcement project are carried out.Theresults showthatthephysical characteristics ofthe wall meet thebuildingrequirements,and the temperature of the wall is balanced,about 16~24℃,and the humidity is 4%~13%,all of which are qualified.Compared with the unreinforced wall,therigidity ofthereinforced wall is greatly improved,and the cumulative energy consumption is increased by about 2 times.
