复元活血汤加减联合经皮椎体后凸成形术治疗OVCF临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察复元活血汤加减联合PKP术治疗OVCF临床疗效。方法:选取2022年6月—2023年6月就诊于安徽中医药大学第一附属医院骨伤科的64例OVCF患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组32例。对照组予以PKP术联合常规抗骨质疏松治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用口服复元活血汤加减。比较两组临床疗效、疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS评分)改善状况、双能X线吸收法(DXA)骨密度测量值、改良功能障碍指数问卷表(改良ODI)改善情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组3月内疼痛改善情况、腰椎DXA骨密度T值改善情况、改良ODI等指标改善情况均优于对照组,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复元活血汤加减联合PKP术能加速OVCF的临床愈合,改善疼痛症状,提高老年患者生活质量。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Fuyuan Huoxue decoction combined with PKP in the treatment of OVCF.Methods:64 OVCF patients who were admitted to the Department of Orthopaedics and Traumatology of the first affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2022 to June 2023 were randomly divided into control group(n=32)and observation group(n=32).The control group was treated with PKP combined with routine anti-osteoporosis treatment,while the observation group was treated with oral Fuyuan Huoxue decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,pain visual analogue score(VAS),bone mineral density(BMD)measured by dual energy X-ray absorptiometry(DXA)and modified dysfunction index questionnaire(modified ODI)were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the improvement of pain,lumbar DXA bone mineral density T value and modified ODI within 3 months in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fuyuan Huoxue decoction combined with PKP can accelerate the clinical healing of OVCF,improve the symptoms of pain and improve the quality of life of elderly patients.
