摘  要:分别采用粉末法和叠层法获得了AgCuTi的箔状钎料,并将两种AgCuTi箔材用于ZrO_(2)和TC_(4)的真空钎焊,研究了AgCuTi活性钎料制备工艺对其焊接特性的影响,结果表明由于粉末法富TiCu颗粒,较为均匀地分散于基体之中,在钎焊过程中,钎料的反应更充分、均匀,形成的Ti元素浓度梯度也较平滑,整体焊接性能优于叠层法,剪切强度约为叠层法2倍,达到60 MPa以上。AgCuTi foil like brazing materials was obtained by using powder method and pack-rolled method,respectively,and two types of AgCuTi foil materials for vacuum brazing of ZrO_(2) and TC_(4) was used.The influence of the preparation process of AgCuTi active brazing materials on their welding characteristics was studied.The results showed that due to the rich TiCu particles in the powder method,they were more evenly dispersed in the matrix.During the brazing process,the reaction of the brazing materials was more thorough and uniform,and the concentration gradient of Ti element formed was also smoother,The overall brazing performance is better than that of the Pack-rolled method,with a shear strength of about twice that of the Pack-rolled method,reaching over 60 MPa.
