摘 要:2020年9月22日,中国宣布了“力争2030年前二氧化碳排放达到峰值、2060年前实现碳中和”的愿景目标,并提出十大行动方案,把“双碳”纳入经济社会发展全局。截至2022年12月,双碳“1+N”政策体系已构建,重点领域、行业及31个省区市的碳达峰实施方案陆续制定实行,尤其与铁路行业息息相关的上下游产业,都深刻影响着铁路全面绿色低碳转型。On September 22,2020,China announced its goals of"striving to peak carbon dioxide emissions by 2030 and achieve carbon neutrality by 2060"for the first time at the General Debate of the 75th session of the United Nations General Assembly.This marks the integration of the"dualcarbon"goal into the overall economic and social development framework to ensure the realization of"carbon peaking and carbon neutrality"in a timely manner.Railways,as a green and low-carbon mode in the transportation industry,occupy a pivotal position in building China's strength in transportation.During the strategic research process on carbon peaking and carbon neutrality,it is necessary to leverage scientific and technological innovations to support the achievement of the"dual-carbon"goal in railways.Furthermore,multiple technical measures can also be taken to promote the realization of the"dual-carbon"goal in the railway and transportation sectors at an early stage.
