摘  要:多糖类化合物是灵芝主要的有效成分,具有免疫调节、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗衰老等药理学作用,目前已从灵芝分离出200余种多糖(包括灵芝多糖和多糖肽等)。灵芝多糖是灵芝的重要生物活性成分。文中综述灵芝多糖化学的研究进展,包括灵芝多糖提取与分离、纯度鉴定、单糖组成、糖与肽连接方式、各组分活性多糖的结构和构象表征及构效关系等,并对灵芝的质量控制指标、有效成分的标准样品研制、检测方法及对灵芝提取物与产品的质量控制的研究进展进行了概述。Ganoderma is a famous traditional Chinese medicine.Polysaccharides,known as one of important bioactive compounds,are the main active components of Ganoderma,which have the pharmacological activities of immunomodulation,anti-tumor,anti-oxidation and anti-aging.Up to now,more than 200 kinds of polysaccharides(including Ganoderma polysaccharides and polysaccharide peptides)have been isolated from Ganoderma.This review provides an overview of scientific researches on the polysaccharide chemistry involving extraction and separation,purity identification,monosaccharide composition,sugar-peptide linkage,structural and conformational characters of active polysaccharide components,and relationships between their structures and activity in Ganoderma as well.In addition,the review also describes the current research progress on establishment of indices to quality control of Ganoderma,including those extracts and commercial products made from Ganoderma,and development of standard samples as well as detection technigues for active ingredients.
