摘 要:长时间暴露于X射线、γ射线等电离辐射和紫外线等非电离辐射之下,将引发细胞损伤、突变和癌症等健康问题。近年来,研究人员对灵芝抗辐射作用的研究取得了较大进展。现有研究认为,灵芝及其提取物可有效减小辐射对人体组织的损伤,缓解辐射症状,改善因辐射引起的人体生理功能紊乱,其作用机制主要涉及减少DNA损伤、降低机体活性氧水平和调节机体免疫功能等途径。文中对灵芝抗辐射作用及其机制的研究结果进行了总结及综述,旨在为灵芝在防护辐射损伤方面的应用提供理论依据。Prolonged exposure to ionizing radiation,such as X-rays and-rays,and non-ionizing radiation,such as ultraviolet radiation,can cause health problems like cell damage,mutations,and cancers.In recent years,researchers have made great progress on the anti-radiation effect of Ganoderma.According to the current studies,Ganoderma and its extracts are considered to be able to effectively reduce the radiation-induced damage to human tissues,to relieve the radiation symptoms and to alleviate the physiological disorders mainly because of their roles in reducing the DNA damage and decreasing the level of active oxygen species as well as regulating the immune function of the body.This article summarizes the recent results obtained from academic researches regarding the effect and mechanism on anti-radiation functions of Ganoderma to provide a theoretical basis for the application of Ganoderma in protecting lives from radiation damage.
