摘  要:为解决高河煤矿煤巷掘进工作面瓦斯浓度较高、频繁超限问题,以W3311进风顺槽掘巷施工为背景,综合运用数值模拟、工程类比等手段,进行边掘边抽瓦斯治理技术研究。结果表明,顺层抽采钻孔的合理直径为94 mm,最佳抽采负压为15 k Pa,设计的超前预抽方案实施后,日瓦斯抽采量达到670 m^(3)左右,日瓦斯浓度最大值降低16.9%,为掘进工作面的安全高效提供可靠保障。In order to solve the problem of high gas concentration and frequent over-limit in the excavation face of coal roadway in Gaohe Coal Mine,taking the construction of W3311 air intake roadway as the background,the numerical simulation and engineering analogy are comprehensively used to study the gas control technology of simultaneous excavation and drainage.The results show that the reasonable diameter of the bedding extraction borehole is 94 mm,and the optimal extraction negative pressure is 15 kPa.After the implementation of the designed advanced pre-extraction scheme,the daily gas extraction amount reaches about 670 m^(3),and the maximum daily gas concentration is reduced by 16.9%,which provides a reliable guarantee for the safety and efficiency of the excavation face.
