华宁公司二盘区瓦斯灾害情况及抽采方法研究分析

摘  要:山西华宁焦煤有限责任公司即将进入二盘区开采,但面临瓦斯涌出量高的问题。针对这一情况,为保障二盘区顺利安全生产,对矿井瓦斯灾害情况进行分析,并根据实际情况,设计瓦斯抽采方法。通过分析研究,最终确定了煤层裂隙带瓦斯抽采采用顶板走向定向长钻孔抽采方案,现采空区瓦斯采用埋管法进行抽采,老采空区瓦斯采用密闭插管法抽采。实践表明,该方案瓦斯治理效果良好,保障了煤矿的安全高效开采,为类似情况的矿井瓦斯治理提供了经验借鉴。Shanxi Huaning Coking Coal Co.,Ltd.is about to enter the second panel mining,but faces the problem of high gas emission.In view of this situation,in order to ensure the smooth and safe production of the second panel,the mine gas disaster situation is analyzed,and the gas extraction method is designed according to the actual situation.Through analysis and research,it is finally determined that the gas extraction in the coal seam fracture zone adopts the roof strike directional long borehole extraction scheme.The gas in the goaf is extracted by the buried pipe method,and the gas in the old goaf is extracted by the closed intubation method.The practice shows that the gas control effect of this scheme is good,which ensures the safe and efficient mining of coal mine,and provides experience for gas control in similar situations.
