摘  要:基于普通的Ca(OH)2孔容和孔径小,易团聚,导致其作为脱硫剂效率不理想的现实情况,制备高活性、高效能的氢氧化钙就显得尤为重要。干式消化工艺具有系统简单、耗水少、消化产物活性高等优点,目前成为脱硫剂制备技术研究的热点之一。近年来国内外学者为改良石灰干法消化工艺做了许多研究,通过分析石灰干法消化工艺的主题文献,对石灰干法消化的实验情况展开了综述与评价,通过文献梳理,指出石灰干法消化研究的不足,提出了相应建议与对未来研究的展望。With the rapid development of China's industry,resulting in its SO2 emissions exceeded the standard,Ca(OH)2 is an important functional inorganic powder material,is a good desulfurization agent,in the flue gas dry desulfurization process,due to the small specific surface area of ordinary Ca(OH)2,small pore volume and pore size,resulting in low desulfurization efficiency.Therefore,it is urgent to prepare calcium hydroxide with high activity,high performance and high specific surface area.The dry digestion process has the advantages of simple system,less water consumption and high activity of digestive products,and has become one of the hot spots in the research of absorbent preparation technology in the semi-dry/dry desulfurization process.In recent years,scholars at home and abroad have done a lot of research to improve the lime dry digestion process.By analyzing the subject literature of lime dry digestion process,the experiment of lime dry digestion in recent years from the aspects of time track,research objects,research methods and so were onreviewed and evaluated,and the development status of lime dry digestion were introduced.The deficiency of lime dry digestion research was pointed out,and the corresponding suggestions and prospects for future research were put forward.
