摘　　要：对整个连铸系统的滑动水口在使用过程中,会因各种问题而造成下滑板不能滑动(俗称:拉不动)影响安全生产的异常情况,针对钢包对“拉不动”的原因进行分析和探讨,从而有针对性的采取对策,保障钢厂生产的安全性和连续性。文章通过对滑动水口的结构及工作原理进行说明,从三个方面对“拉不动”的原因进行分析并提出相应的对策,对相关的从业人员来说具有一定的参考作用。Which plays an important role in the safe and smooth operation of the entire continuous casting system.In the process of using the sliding nozzle,the lower slide plate can't slide(commonly known as:pulling inability)due to various problems,which affects the safety of production.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze and explore the reasons for the"pull inability",so as to take targeted countermeasures to ensure the safety and continuity of the production of steel plant.By explaining the structure and working principle of the sliding nozzle,this paper analyzes the reasons for the"pull inability"from three aspects and puts forward corresponding countermeasures,which plays a certain reference role for relevant practitioners.
