摘　　要：针对AWE型列车自动清洗机软化水处理装置存在易损坏、维护成本高等缺点,对软化水处理装置进行了改造。采用CI电子式水处理器后,降低了设备维护成本、延长了设备使用寿命,达到了降本增效目的。The softened water treatment device of AWE train automatic cleaning machine produced by Beijing Sheenline Company has the shortcomings of easy damage and high maintenance costs,so the softened water treatment device is transformed.The use of Clelectronic water processor reduces the equipment maintenance costs,prolongs the service life,and achieves the purpose of reducing cost and increasing efficiency.
