摘　　要：介绍了江苏沙钢钢铁有限公司热电厂135MW机组400t/h煤气锅炉煤气加热器分体式改造方案,通过改变煤气加热器的结构,延长了设备的使用寿命,实现了降本增效的目的。This paper introduces the split transformation scheme for the gas heater of the 400t/h gas boiler in the 135MW unit of Thermal Power Plant of Jiangsu Shagang Steel Co.,Ltd.By changing the structure of gas heater,the service life of the equipment is prolonged and the purpose of reducing cost and increasing efficiency is achieved.
