摘　　要：抛丸机是中厚板厂的关键设备,是钢板进入辊底式热处理炉前的重要工序,因此抛丸机的稳定运行是提高热处理产能的一个重要因素。本文对抛丸机的常见故障进行分析总结,并提出解决方案,便于设备维护人员迅速地找到解决机械故障的办法。Shot blasting machine is the key equipment of medium and heavy plate plant,and it is an important process before the steel plate enters the roller hearth furnace,so the stable operation of the shot blasting machine is an important factor to improve heat treatment capacity.This paper analyzes and summarizes the common faults of the shot blasting machine,and proposes solutions to facilitate the equipment maintenance personnel to quickly find out solutions to mechanical failures.
