摘　　要：本文通过对焦油贮槽、配油贮槽搅拌器机械密封损坏泄漏的原因进行分析,针对常规拆卸搅拌器密封方法存在的问题,研究设计了一套专用拆卸装置,改进了传统的拆卸作业方法,提高了检修效率,减轻了工人的作业劳动强度。In this paper,through the analysis of the causes of mechanical sealing damage and leakage of agitator in tar and oil distribution storage tanks,a set of special disassembly device is designed in view of the problems existing in conventional disassembly methods for agitator seal,which improves the traditional disassembly methods,improves the maintenance efficiency,and reduces the labor intensity of workers.
