摘　　要：介绍了ZE-CEM2000型烟气在线监测系统的基本组成及其工作原理,阐述了烟气排放环保监测标准依据,分析了CEMS(烟气监测系统)在石灰窑生产过程中常见的设备故障,给出了相应的解决思路,并提出了运维过程中的优化措施,确保CEMS系统稳定运行。This paper introduces the basic composition and working principle of ZE-CEM2000 flue gas online monitoring system,expounds the basis of environmental monitoring standards for flue gas emission,and analyzes the common equipment failures of CEMS(Continuous Emission Monitoring System)in the production process of lime kiln.In addition,it gives the corresponding solutions and puts forward optimization measures in the process of operation and maintenance to ensure the stable operation of CEMS system.
