摘　　要：外来媒介生物能携带多种病原体,随人流、物流跨境入侵,传播重大疾病,严重危害人畜健康和公共卫生安全。因此,病媒生物的监测与控制在口岸卫生检疫工作中至关重要。建设并持续完善口岸病媒生物标本库可为口岸病媒生物相关的教学培训,以及物种远程鉴定与分析提供重要的科学技术支撑,从而为国家的生物安全体系提供保障。本文通过梳理近年来口岸区域病媒生物监测与控制现状,以及口岸病媒生物标本库的建设现状与问题,提出口岸病媒电子生物标本库建设新方案。Foreign medical vectors can carry a variety of pathogens,cross borders with human flow and logistics,spread major diseases,and seriously endanger human and animal health and public health security.Therefore,medical vectors monitoring and control is very important in port health and quarantine field.The construction and continuous improvement of port medical vectors specimen database can provide important scientific and technical support for port medical vectors related teaching and training,as well as species remote identification and analysis,so as to provide guarantee for the national biosafety system.This paper reviews the status of medical vectors monitoring and control in port areas in recent years,as well as the status and problems of the construction of port medical vectors biological specimen database,and puts forward a new plan for the construction of port medical vectors digital specimen database.
