摘 要:为实现清洁能源就近消纳及源荷储潮流动态平衡,提升配电网供电可靠性,提出了一种供电分区间柔性互联技术方案。该方案在配电网络中嵌入柔性互联装置,不同供电分区间通过直流方式柔性连接,实现两个不同电源的功率互济、故障快速转供,以及分布式电源高效消纳、源荷储多元聚合高效运行;对配电网柔性互联系统的功能和典型架构进行了阐述,并对关键设备、运行模式、控制模式切换进行了介绍,为配电网区域互联和升级转型提供参考。In order to achieve local consumption of clean energy,dynamic balance of source load and storage power flow,and improve the reliability of power supply in the distribution network,a flexible interconnection technology scheme for power supply zones has been proposed.In this scheme,a flexible interconnection device is embedded in the distribution network,and different power supply zones are flexibly connected by DC method,so as to realize the power interconnection,rapid fault transfer,between two different power sources efficient consumption of distributed power supply,and efficient operation of multiple aggregation of source load and storage.The function and typical architecture of the flexible interconnection system of the distribution network are described,and the key equipment,operation mode and control mode switching are introduced,which provides a reference to the regional interconnection and upgrading of the distribution network.
