摘  要:尿素装置氨汽提塔汽提管与分布管连接处密封效果差,引起汽提管端面和侧面冲刷腐蚀,尿素溶液直接从腐蚀间隙进入汽提管,未形成均匀的液膜,从而导致汽提效率下降。通过增加密封垫片的预紧力和改变密封垫片形式,提升了汽提效率,延长了设备使用周期,确保了装置安全、优质长周期运行。The connection of stripping tube and the distributing tube in the ammonia stripper in urea plant didn’t seal well,leading to the erosion corrosion on stripping tube end and side.The urea solution entered into the stripping tube directly from the corrosion clearance without formation of uniform liquid membrane,causing the stripping efficiency decreased.By increasing the pretightening force and the mode of the sealing gasket,the tripping efficiency was enhanced,therefore prolonging the life of the equipment,ensuring the safety and long term operation of the plant.
