丙烯压缩机轴密封泄漏原因及整改对策

摘　　要：分析低温甲醇洗装置丙烯压缩机轴密封泄漏原因,认为轴密封泄漏是由于轴密封油温度高造成轴密封磨损、结焦积碳所致。通过增设密封油水冷器、加大密封油储罐容积、增加密封油管线管径、改造密封油回油口等措施,轴密封件的寿命大大改善,增加了丙烯压缩机和装置的运行稳定性,降低了设备的检维修费用。The leakage reasons of shaft seal of propane compressor in low temperature methanol washing unit were analyzed.The result showed that the leakage was caused by the high temperature of the sealing oil which led to shaft seal abrasion,coke formation and carbon deposition.By adding water cooler for sealing oil,enlarging the volume of sealing oil tank,increasing the size of the oil line,and reforming the returning oil port,the life of the shaft seal was improved greatly,therefore increasing the operation stability of the compressor and the plant,and lowering down the cost of equipment maintenance.
