摘  要:随着公差仿真分析在农业机械行业的广泛发展,公差仿真分析在谷物收获机械中得到越来越多的应用。采用极限法、概率法(一维公差仿真分析法)和蒙特卡洛法(三维公差仿真分析法)3种公差仿真分析法分别对车门系统中尺寸技术规范(dimensional technical specification,DTS)要求进行了分析计算,并通过对实物样车的尺寸测量,验证了各公差分析方法的有效性及合理性。结果表明,蒙特卡洛法与实物样车装配效果基本一致;提供了一种更为合理的公差仿真分析方法和解决方案,并以此指导谷物收获机械车身系统零部件的公差设计。With extensive development of tolerance simulation analysis in agricultural machinery industry,tolerance simulation analysis technology is more and more applied in grain harvester.Three types of tolerance simulation analysis,namely extreme method,probability method(one-dimensional tolerance simulation analysis method),and Monte Carlo method(three-dimensional tolerance simulation analysis method),were used to analyze and calculate dimensional technical specification(DTS)requirements in door system.Effectiveness and rationality of each tolerance analysis method were verified by measuring dimensions of physical sample harveater.Results showed that Monte carlo method was basically consistent with actual assembly effect,and it provided a more reasonable analysis method and solution for assembly problem.At the same time,it could scientifically guide dimension tolerance design of door system of grain harvester.
