基于产业融合视角的镇域农业发展路径——以内蒙古自治区科右前旗归流河镇水稻产业发展实践为例

摘　　要：从产业融合视角出发,分析了内蒙古自治区科右前旗归流河镇水稻产业发展特征,提出做精做优水稻产业、引导和推动更多的资本、技术、人才等要素向农村流动,鼓励新型经营主体与农户之间建立多种利益联结机制和模式,拓展农业多种功能和多元价值,强化品牌建设等建议和措施,全渠道增加农民收入,促进农村一二三产业融合发展,以优势特色产业为引导促进镇域经济发展。From perspective of industrial integration,development characteristics of rice industry in Guiliuhe Town,Keyouqian Banner,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region were analyzed.Suggestions and measures were proposed to increase farmers'income through all channels,promote integrated development of primary,secondary,and tertiary industries in rural areas,and promote development of town economy guided by advantageous characteristic industries.These suggestions and measures were to optimize rice industry,guide and promote flow of more capital,technology,talent and other elements to rural areas,encourage establishment of multiple interest linkage mechanisms and models between new business entities and farmers,expand multiple functions and values of agriculture,and strengthen brand building.
