摘　　要：抽水蓄能电站导水机构安装精度要求高,一般分为预装和正式安装,工期较长,本文通过总结江苏句容抽水蓄能电站1号机组导水机构安装经验,提出取消导水机构预装,采取直接安装的方法,在保证安装质量的同时,可以有效节约工期,节省人力物力财力资源投入,供类似工程管理参考。The gate operating mechanism of the pumped storage power station requires high installation accuracy.The installation,generally divided into pre-installation and formal installation,a long construction period.By summarizing the installation experience of the gate operating mechanism of Unit 1 in Jurong Pumped Storage Power Station in Jiangsu Province,this paper proposes to cancel the pre-installation of the gate operating mechanism and to adopt the method of direct installation,thus ensuring the installation quality,effectively shortening the construction period,saving human resources,material resources,and financial resources,and providing a reference for the management of similar projects.
