摘 要:目的分析我国药学专业技术人员的发展现状,对未来医疗机构药学专业技术人员配备进行探讨。方法依据《中国卫生健康统计年鉴》(2017年-2021年)数据、《2021年国家医疗服务与质量安全报告》数据以及经济合作与发展组织(OECD)国家卫生统计的最新数据,结合卫生人力资源配置方法,测算出药师数与医师数的配比、百张床位数与药师数的配比以及每千人口药师数等。结果建议我国每千人口药师数应为0.54名,或者按综合医院每5名~6名医师配备一名药师,每百张床位配备6名~8名药师。结论药学专业技术人员队伍建设是促进合理用药,确保患者用药安全的保障,应合理配备药学专业技术人员。Objective To analyze the development status of pharmacy professionals and technicians in medical institutions in China,and explore its allocation in future.Methods Based on the data of the"China Health Statistical Yearbook"(2017-2021),the"2021 National Healthcare Services and Quality Safety Report",and the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development(OECD)national health statistics,the ratios of pharmacists to physicians,the ratios of the number of 100 beds to pharmacists and the number of pharmacists per 1000 population were recommended according to the health human resource allocation method.Results It was suggested that the number of pharmacists per 1000 population in China should be 0.54,or 1 pharmacist for every 5~6 physicians in general hospitals,or 6~8 pharmacists for every 100 beds.Conclusion The construction of pharmaceutical professional and technical personnel is the guarantee of promoting rational drug use and ensuring the safety of drug use for patients.
